This role is ideal for a relationship-driven insurance professional who believes protecting families is more important than pushing policies. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted partner to our clients, guiding them through coverage decisions with clarity, care, and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a book of personal insurance clients
- Consult on home, auto, umbrella, and life insurance needs
- Multi-line, cross-sell, and account round current clients
- Diligently work with new client inquiries
- Analyze risks and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
- Serve as a trusted advisor
Requirements
- Must be located in North Carolina
- An active North Carolina Property and Casualty License is required
- Experience in Account Management and Customer Service
- Deep knowledge and understanding of personal lines insurance
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Organized and consistent follow-up habits
- Able to manage renewals, closings, and client life events with professionalism
