Personal Lines Account Manager

About the role

The Personal Lines Account Manager at the George Mauricio Agency will manage a book of personal lines insurance clients, providing excellent service and retention.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily servicing of personal lines accounts, including policy changes, renewals, billing, and claims assistance
• Provide professional, prompt, and courteous service to clients and prospects
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional coverage
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our management system
• Aid in new business quoting and policy issuance
• Follow up on leads and work closely with producers to support sales efforts
• Ensure compliance with Farmers Insurance guidelines and state regulations

Requirements

• Prior experience in personal lines insurance
• Active California Property & Casualty License
• Active California Life % Health License
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
• Familiarity with insurance management systems (experience with Farmers systems a plus)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Qualifications

Experience in personal lines insurance is required, along with active licenses for property & casualty and life % health insurance in California. Bilingualism is also a plus.
