Job Responsibilities

  • Process renewals for Personal Lines policies, ensuring accuracy, timely follow-up, and seamless continuation of coverage.
  • Issue certificates of insurance and related policy documents in accordance with client and carrier requirements.
  • Maintain and update client accounts within the agency management system (Agency Matrix) to ensure accurate policy information and detailed activity notes.
  • Attach and organize policy documents, correspondence, and client files within the management system for efficient recordkeeping.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client and carrier emails, providing excellent customer service and policy support.
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements as needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • Licenses: Property & Casualty (ANY state)
  • 2 years of Personal Lines insurance experience with an independent insurance agency

Preferred Skills

  • Some College; No Degree
  • Licenses: Property & Casualty (FL)
  • Areas of Expertise: Dwellings, Flood/Wind/Hail, High Value Homes, Homeowners & Renters, Motorcycles & ATVs, Personal Auto, Personal Liability/Personal Umbrella
  • Management Rating Systems: Agency Matrix (will train)
  • Computer Skills: Adobe, DocuSign, Zoom
