Position Overview
Curis Functional Health is expanding its Personal Injury (PI) division and seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to build and maintain referral partnerships with personal injury attorneys, law firms, and related community partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow referral relationships with personal injury attorneys, law firms, case managers, and community partners.
- Possess a natural “Hunter” mentality and is gifted at building relationships with medical providers.
- Prospect new PI partners through outreach, networking events, office visits, and targeted follow-up.
- Serve as the primary liaison between referring attorneys and Curis clinics to ensure smooth communication, documentation, and patient scheduling.
- Educate partners on Curis’ multidisciplinary services (chiropractic, mental health, nutrition with a focus on functional health) and how our care model supports PI cases.
- Track and manage leads using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate reporting.
- Cook up and coordinate with clinic teams to ensure PI patients receive high-quality care and that documentation meets legal and insurance standards.
- Maintain communication with attorneys regarding treatment plans, updates, and discharge summaries.
- Represent Curis at legal, medical, and community events to expand brand visibility.
- Meet monthly referral and revenue targets while maintaining strong partner satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in personal injury, medical sales, chiropractic/rehab, or legal services preferred.
- Strong understanding of PI case flow, including referrals, documentation, and communication expectations.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Ability to communicate clinical concepts clearly (no clinical license required).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular partner visits.
