Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities

• You'll be opening insurance claims, along with assisting clients with getting treatment for injuries
• Preparing a demand package and assisting with settlement negotiations

Qualifications

• 2 years of prior experience in pre-litigation personal injury case management
• Previous legal/case management process experience is needed - preferably as a personal injury case manager, or related jobs such as paralegal, legal secretary, or legal assistant at a law firm
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office
