About the Role
The Ward Law Group is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our New York office.
Responsibilities
- Manage plaintiff personal injury litigation cases from filing through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and court filings.
- Conduct depositions, court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel.
- Maintain communication with clients and litigation support staff.
Requirements
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, including the ability to conduct client consultations, review documents, draft correspondence, and communicate professionally in both languages.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the New York State Bar.
- Minimum 2 years of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation experience handling motor vehicle accident litigation.
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in New York City.
