Responsibilities
- Gathering and analyzing medical records related to personal injury cases.
- Assisting attorneys in preparing for trials and court proceedings.
- Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conducting legal research to support case preparation.
- Cooking up the attorney's calendar, including scheduling appointments, court dates, and deadlines.
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal.
- A strong understanding and experience in handling medical records.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
