Job Details

A well-known Pittsburgh-based personal injury law firm seeks a Personal Injury Paralegal.

  • Gathering and analyzing medical records related to personal injury cases.
  • Assisting attorneys in preparing for trials and court proceedings.
  • Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Conducting legal research to support case preparation.
  • Cooking and managing the attorney's calendar, including scheduling appointments, court dates, and deadlines.
  • Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal.
  • A strong understanding and experience in handling medical records.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
