About the role
Fully remote role (California-based). We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal with experience in personal injury to support attorneys through all phases of litigation. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing multiple matters, understands litigation procedures, and can work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing case files from inception through trial
- Drafting and preparing pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
- Coordinating and responding to discovery (including document production)
- Preparing deposition notices, subpoenas, and summaries
- Assisting with trial preparation, including exhibit binders and witness coordination
- E-filing in state courts (California experience preferred)
- Maintaining deadlines and calendaring key litigation events

Pay
