About the role
Are you looking to join a passionate plaintiffs’ firm committed to providing excellent legal services to their clients? Consider this Personal Injury Paralegal position providing primary support to a partner-associate team known to be fully engaged in their cases. In this role, you’ll support attorneys on the full lifecycle of cases from opening case files through trials and settlements. This will include compiling and reviewing medical records, communicating with clients and insurance adjusters, and assisting with investigations and case strategy. You’ll manage deadlines, format and file motions and pleadings, and prepare discovery requests and responses. You’ll work alongside a couple other paralegals; however, you’ll independently manage your cases.
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys on the full lifecycle of cases from opening case files through trials and settlements

Requirements
- 2-10+ years of personal injury paralegal experience, preferably on the plaintiffs’ side
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software
- Knowledge of Time Matters and WordPerfect preferred

$62K-$80K DOE
