Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational workflows supporting personal injury cases involving medical liens and funding arrangements
- Serve as a point of coordination between internal teams, medical providers, and law firms to ensure timely and accurate case progression
- Review, draft, and manage legal and funding-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and supporting case materials
- Maintain operational visibility across active matters and proactively address issues before they escalate
- Support leadership with operational reporting, issue-spotting, and execution of departmental initiatives
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a Personal Injury law firm, supporting PI attorneys and medical providers, and coordinating closely between legal and medical teams
- Candidates must reside within the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone
- Managed at least 5 staff
- Strong working knowledge of attorney communication standards and legal documentation expectations
- Proven ability to manage contracts and complex legal documentation
- Seasoned professional with management experience, Fixing breakdowns in process/SOPs, start up
- High attention to detail with strong judgment and follow-through
- Advanced organizational, analytical, time-management and communication skills
