Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

About the role

Our client seeks a Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of experience in insurance defense/personal injury to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare discovery, subpoenas, motions, legal documents, and case summaries.
• Organize and maintain case files while tracking deadlines and case milestones.
• Summarize medical records and deposition transcripts.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and litigation case management.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and witnesses throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program required.
• 3+ years of insurance defense or personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of California litigation procedures and court rules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with strong attention to detail; proficient in Microsoft Office, case management, and billing software.
