Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

The Role

We're seeking a top-notch paralegal to join our high-volume litigation team. As a member of our collaborative team, you'll play a crucial role in achieving justice for those who have suffered injuries.

Responsibilities

• Help build litigation cases by gathering evidence and reviewing records
• Communicate with clients and liaise with experts
• Schedule mediations and prepare for and attend trials
• Think critically and investigate to uncover the truth

Requirements

• 1+ years of litigation paralegal experience, with a preference for personal injury plaintiffs
• Must reside within North Carolina within a reasonable driving distance to our Durham or Raleigh office
• Able to attend trials, including some overnight stays
