Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Personal Injury litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Manage client communications and case strategy
• Prepare matters for trial and assist with trial proceedings when required
• Handle minors' compromises when applicable

Requirements

• Active Arizona Bar license
• Personal injury litigation experience preferred
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
• Trial experience is a plus
• Minors' compromise experience is a plus
