Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Job Details

This position is focused on pre-litigation. You will:

• Handle both pre-lit AND litigation cases
• Maintain clear communication with clients about their legal process
• Draft all necessary legal documents, including motions, pleadings, discovery, etc.
• Guide clients through every stage of their case
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, etc.

What we're looking for

• Must be a member of the CA bar
• Must have a degree from an accredited law school
• At least 1 year of PI experience
• Willingness to work at volume
• Open to some trial work down the line
