Job Description

We are seeking Litigation Attorneys in Georgia/South Carolina/Tennessee/North Carolina to join our powerhouse legal team.

Who We're Looking For

• Litigation/Trial Attorneys who are licensed in 2 or more of these states, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, or North Carolina
• Experience: 2-8 years in litigation, trial experience preferred
• Licensed in multiple states required

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation cases from filing to trial
• Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements
• Advocate for clients in court, depositions, and mediations
• Build strong client relationships and provide top-tier legal representation

Pay

Salary for Litigation Attorney $100,000 - $200,000 range (Base plus Bonus)
