Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Job Details

This position is focused on pre-litigation. You will:

• Handle both pre-lit AND litigation cases
• Maintain clear communication with clients about their legal options and processes
• Draft all necessary legal documents, including motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and more
• Guide clients through every stage of their legal journey
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials as needed

What we're looking for

• Must be a member of the CA bar
• Must have a degree from an accredited law school
• At least 1 year of personal injury (PI) experience
• Willingness to work at a high volume
• Open to some trial work in the future
