Personal Injury Case Manager
W3Global's client is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join their team in Encino, California. About the role
The Personal Injury Case Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the personal injury claims process. This individual will work closely with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and internal team members to ensure cases are properly investigated, documented, organized, and progressed. The ideal candidate will combine strong case management skills with exceptional communication, follow-up, and customer service abilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients and medical providers.
- Serve as a trusted resource for clients throughout the personal injury claims process.
- Fully investigate, gather, and analyze relevant case information.
- Investigate and resolve liability issues and confirm applicable insurance coverage.
- Manage all aspects of property damage claims, including:
- Rental reimbursement
- Loss of use
- Total-loss claims
- Other property damage matters
- Coordinate and confirm client medical appointments.
- Request, obtain, and organize medical records, reports, notes, and medical bills.
- Organize and maintain accurate, complete case files.
- Prepare case files for demands and ensure all necessary documentation is included.
- Maintain detailed records and follow up consistently on outstanding items.
- Provide compassionate, professional, and empathetic service to clients throughout their case.
- Collaborate effectively with attorneys and other members of the legal team.
Requirements
- Prior Personal Injury Case Management experience is required.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases.
- Excellent follow-up and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service and client-relations abilities.
- Extremely detail-oriented and meticulous.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team-player mentality.
