Personal Injury Case Manager

TORKLAW is a plaintiff-side personal injury law firm seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about client support and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from inception through settlement
• Maintain organized and accurate case files, records, and documentation
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other involved parties
• Aid in drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence
• Gather and organize medical records, bills, evidence, and other case-related materials
• Coordinate medical treatment and assist clients throughout the claims process
• Handle property damage claims and assist with lien negotiations
• Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines, milestones, and follow-ups are completed timely
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution
• Provide compassionate and professional client service while managing sensitive situations with care and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury
• Proficient with standard office and productivity software
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to navigate challenging situations professionally
• Professional, personable, and client-focused demeanor
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus but not required)
• Prior litigation experience (a plus)
