About the role

We are seeking experienced Personal Injury Case Managers to join our team and help maintain the standard of excellence for which we are known. The Personal Injury Case Manager will report directly to the Department Supervisor and will participate in all aspects of our pre-litigation personal injury practice.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely case updates.
  • Monitor and maintain clients' treatment progress.
  • Obtain evidence, documents, medical records, and medical bills related to clients' cases.
  • Assist clients with their property damage claims.
  • Manage attorneys' schedules efficiently, including client meetings, court appearances, and other appointments.
  • Organize and maintain electronic case files within the firm's case management system.
  • Communicate with insurance companies on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of pre-litigation Personal Injury Case Manager experience.
  • Experience handling personal injury cases in the state of California.
  • Experience using case management software.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Pay

$30-40/hr (The pay range is dependent on experience and can be exceeded for qualified candidates at the discretion of the hiring manager.)
