Requirements

• License in good standing to practice law in Georgia
• Maintain consistent communication with clients during the pre-litigation phase
• Work closely with case managers and other support staff during the pre-litigation phase
• Minimum of 5 years Plaintiff Personal Injury experience
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle tasks quickly and tactfully with all levels of Firm personnel and the public
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong client service skills
• Ability to handle all aspects of litigation including matters with jurisdiction in federal court
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
• Excellent organization and research skills
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude, self-motivated and professional
• Detail-oriented and motivated
• Maintain heavy communication with clients and adjusters
• Initiate welcome calls with new clients
• Gather case details such as photos, treatment information & insurance information
• Conduct settlements proceedings
• Negotiate all liens and final balances with all treating providers
• Correspond with medical providers to ensure clients are receiving adequate medical treatment
• Aid in property damage when needed
• Strong work ethic
• Strong negotiation skills

Pay and Benefits

• First 90 days: Guaranteed salary of $160,000
• After 90 days: Base salary of $110,000.00 with monthly bonus incentives up to $10,000 per month
• Benefits: 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, paid time off

Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00

$160,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year
