About the role

We are seeking an experienced Virginia Trial Attorney to join our litigation team and advocate for injury victims throughout the region. This is an opportunity to handle meaningful personal injury cases from intake through trial while working alongside an established team dedicated to delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Take primary responsibility for litigating personal injury cases in Virginia and, where licensed, West Virginia courts.
• Manage complex litigation and advocate for clients at every stage of the legal process.
