The Role

The Personal Injury Attorney will advocate for clients in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and product liability, working closely with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Advocating for clients in achieving favorable settlements or verdicts.
• Conducting thorough investigations into each case.
• Drafting legal documents as necessary.
• Negotiating with insurance companies and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in California.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience handling personal injury cases.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
• A compassionate approach to client representation.
