Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly Qualifications Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experiencePossesses strong organizational and time management skills This role requires fitness instructor or personal trainer certificationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and other team members Responsibilities Ability to build and maintain a robust client baseConduct administrative tasks for training with excellenceLead groups in small-group trainingWork as a dedicated member of the club service team, assisting in daily tasks needed to organize and maintain equipment, enforce policy, and build relationshipsEnsure all workout programs are appropriate for each client by doing individualized fitness evaluationsReduce the risk of injury by teaching clients good techniques for all activities, particularly those involving more advanced equipmentCreate personalized workout routines to help clients accomplish their fitness objectives while remaining within their present physical capabilityTrack and adjust client progress and make changes to fitness plans accordinglyHold yourself and your clients to the highest standards of conduct and safety
