About the role
Our Enhanced Living (Personal Care) team is looking for a full time nurse to join their team! Join a mission‑driven team serving adults 55+ with compassion and excellence. Messiah Lifeways has been enriching the lives of older adults since 1896, and we’re looking for a dedicated Charge Nurse to help lead our care teams.
Schedule
- Shift: Night, 10:45pm to 7:15am
- Status: Full Time, every other weekend and holiday
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Neighborhood Care Team
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Assess and monitor resident health; communicate changes promptly
- Delegate daily assignments and ensure quality, person‑centered care
- Mentor CNAs, PCAs, and team members
- Collaborate on individualized care plans
- Ensure regulatory and HIPAA compliance
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved LPN or RN program
- Active, unencumbered PA LPN or RN license
- Prior experience in Gerontology or Long Term Care preferred
