About the role
Messiah Lifeways has been enriching the lives of older adults since 1896. Our Enhanced Living (Personal Care) team is seeking a part‑time Charge Nurse to lead and support the Neighborhood Care Team serving adults 55+ with compassion and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Neighborhood Care Team
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Assess and monitor resident health; communicate changes promptly
- Delegate daily assignments and ensure quality, person‑centered care
- Mentor CNAs, PCAs, and team members
- Collaborate on individualized care plans
- Ensure regulatory and HIPAA compliance
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved LPN or RN program
- Active, unencumbered Pennsylvania LPN or RN license
- Prior experience in Gerontology or Long Term Care preferred

Schedule
Night shift, 10:45 pm – 7:15 am; part‑time, every other weekend and holiday.
Sign‑on bonus
$5,000 sign‑on bonus available to those who qualify.
