Personal Care Coordinator

Pay

Pay starts at $18-20/hour, based on shift preference, with the opportunity to earn more based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains shift assignments, shower schedules, and room cleaning schedules as needed for all shift assignments, updating point of care, printing and reviewing task reports.
• Upholds open and effective communication with the Program Managers and the PCA’s to provide consistent quality care for residents.
• Assists the Program Managers in performing ongoing assessments of existing residents to determine their changing needs and provides input for the service plan.

Requirements

• Prior personal care or health care experiences as a PCA.
• Exhibited prior supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
