About the role
Cross Keys Village offers on-the-job training for those passionate about caring for older adults, with the opportunity to climb a “career ladder.” The career ladder includes:
- Tier 1 - Personal Care Attendant (Non-Certified Caregiver)
- Tier 2 - Personal Care Attendant - Med Tech
- Tier 3 - Resident Assistant (Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA class/PA certified)
- Tier 4 - Resident Assistant - Med Tech
- Tier 5 - Lead Personal Care Attendant or Resident Assistant
- Tier 6 - LPN (Tuition Assistance may be offered to qualified team members)
Current Needs
On-call as needed, with the ability to work evenings, nights and weekends. Any hours worked on evenings, nights and weekends are eligible for a shift differential of up to $3.25 more per hour!

Job Description
As a Personal Care Attendant or Certified Nursing Assistant working at Brookside, your scope of responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting Residents with activities of daily living and general housekeeping.
- Personal Care services include, but are not limited to, assistance with hygiene, bathing, dressing, incontinence management, applying/removing medical devices, and care of clothing.
- Documenting observations and interventions in Residents’ medical records.
- Administering Resident medications and completing required documentation.
Successful completion of state mandated training program required.
Working in collaboration with Community Life to create a homelike environment and encourage Resident involvement.
Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior experience working with older adults is preferred.
- Current enrollment in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry is preferred but not required.
- Compassionate style of communicating with residents, families, team members and guests of CKV.
