Personal Care Assistant`s and LNA`s

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and supportive companionship.
• Assist with safe mobility and comfort needs.
• Communicate updates clearly to the care team and family as needed.
• Help keep the home calm and organized overnight.
• Support light housekeeping, meal prep, snacks, laundry, and medication reminders.
• Provide pet care on some shifts.

Requirements

• A dependable, caring attitude and strong follow-through.
• Comfort working overnight shifts and staying alert.
• Ability to follow a care plan and respect client privacy.
