Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Moore, Lee & Harnett Counties

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one, non-medical support in the comfort of a senior’s home.
- Help seniors remain safe, independent, and happy.
- Support with tasks such as friendly companionship and conversation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility assistance, incontinence care, dementia and Alzheimer’s support, transportation, and more.
Requirements
- Prior caregiving experience is a plus (even caring for a loved one counts!)
- No certification or license required - full training provided.
- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
- Pass a background check, driving record check, and drug screening.
- Desire to care for seniors with dignity, honesty, and respect.
- Willingness to work every other weekend - Saturday and Sunday.
