About the role

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you will play a vital role in supporting residents' daily needs while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and support
• Aid in medication administration (for CMA roles)

Requirements

• A strong focus on resident-centered care

• Experience providing personal care preferred
• Active 40-hour Nebraska Medication Aide certification required for CMA candidates

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for some positions)

Pay

$16.50+ per hour, based on experience and certifications

Full-Time and Part-Time Evenings: 2:00pm-10:00pm
