Personal Care Assistant - Louisville, Ky - WC
Pay: $18.00 hourly
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 9am–5pm (40 hours, full-time)

Caregiving Needs
The client can be difficult to manage, so the caregiver should be patient, calm, and experienced with challenging behaviors. Memory care guidance emphasizes staying calm, using simple communication, and avoiding confrontations during agitation. A caregiver should also be comfortable supervising a very mobile client who may wander and need steady, hands-on support for safety.
