Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver (Home Care) - Immediate Openings
UChange Home Care is expanding our team and looking for reliable Personal Care Assistants / Caregivers to provide in-home support for clients in the Robbins, IL area. We’re seeking compassionate, dependable individuals who want consistent part-time work, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s daily life.

Pay
Starting at $17/hour (based on experience and client needs)
Schedule
Part-Time – 20–30 Hours Per Week
Shifts may include days, mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. After-school hours may also be available. Share your availability with us, and we’ll work with you to find a schedule that fits your routine.
What You’ll Do
- Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Providing mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
- Maintaining a clean, safe home environment
- Using a mobile app to clock in and document care
- Communicating clearly with our office team
- Maintaining dependable attendance and professionalism
Consistency is essential. Our clients depend on caregivers who follow through and can be counted on.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of caregiving or home care experience (preferred)
- CNA or HHA certification (preferred but not required — training available for the right candidate)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Reliable smartphone for care documentation
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass background check and drug screening
