Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant (Home Care) – Immediate Positions

UChange Home Care is hiring Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants to provide in-home care in Oak Park, IL. We’re growing our team and looking for dependable individuals who want consistent part-time work that makes a real difference. Immediate shifts are available.

Service Location: Oak Park, IL 60302

Pay

Starting at $17/hour (based on experience and client needs)

Schedule

Part-Time – Up to 20 Hours Per Week (Immediate Shifts Available)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Help maintain a clean and safe home environment
• Use a mobile app to clock in and document care
• Communicate clearly with the UChange Home Care office team
• Maintain dependable attendance and professional conduct

Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving or home care experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Reliable smartphone for care documentation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
