About the role
At Wallick Senior Living, our Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) play a vital role in ensuring our residents live their best lives. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
- Perform physical resident care including all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming.
- Respond promptly to call lights and address resident and family needs.
- Encourage resident participation in activities and assist with transportation.
- Lift, turn, and reposition residents as necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- CPR certification. Nurse Aide certification is a plus but not required.
- Effective communication skills to interact with co-workers, residents, family members, and peers.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
- Previous experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care preferred.
Qualifications
- Organized and self-motivated.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for those providing transportation services).

Pay
$16/hour plus shift differential.
