Responsibilities

• Aiding in transferring/moving clients within their home
• Performing housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, changing linens, doing laundry, and cleaning bathrooms
• Cooking and preparing meals/snacks according to client instructions
• Accompanying clients on errands or medical appointments
• Administering medication reminders
• Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
• Providing companionship activities like reading, listening to music, playing games, etc.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Preferred certifications: CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide
• Current CPR certification and TB test results
