Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with day-to-day activities to help them age in place
• Help with bathing and dressing to start their day comfortably
• Prepare nutritious meals to support healing and energy
• Ensure clients take their medications to reduce hospital visits
• Run errands for clients as needed
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Assist with mental and physical exercises to improve health and reduce fall risks

Requirements

• Experience caring for elderly and disabled individuals
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Clean background record and ability to pass a drug screen
• Dependable with excellent communication skills
• Able to perform all aspects of the job without limitations
