Personal Care Aide (PCA) Home Health Aide (HHA)
About the role
We're looking for compassionate and reliable Personal Care Aides (PCA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one-on-one care for clients in their homes throughout Syracuse and the surrounding communities. Whether you're an experienced caregiver or just beginning your career in home care, we provide paid training, support, and flexibility to help you succeed.
Locations served: Syracuse 13202, Camillus 13031, Solvay 13209, Liverpool 13088, Baldwinsville 13027, Clay 13041, North Syracuse 13212, and East Syracuse 13057.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Help with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and general tidying
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Requirements
- Current PCA or HHA certification
- At least 18 years of age
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
