About the role

Alvita Care is seeking compassionate, reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our trusted team in Suffolk County. With immediate openings, you’ll have the chance to do meaningful work that truly matters, providing respectful in‑home personal care, Alzheimer’s and dementia support, palliative and end‑of‑life comfort, and geriatric care with heart and expertise, backed by 24/7 RN‑led support for field caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful, in‑home personal care
• Offer compassionate Alzheimer’s and dementia support
• Deliver palliative and end‑of‑life comfort care
• Provide geriatric care with heart and expertise
• Receive 24/7 RN‑led support while working in the field

Requirements

• Valid NYS HHA or PCA certification
• Current medical/vaccine records or ability to obtain them
• Complete drug screening or Habituation Form (can be done during onboarding)
• A kind heart and a commitment to care

Pay

• Hourly HHA/PCA: $20–$27/hour (based on experience & assignment)
• Live‑In HHA/PCA: stable live‑in placements with weekly pay

Schedule

• Flexible shifts: days, evenings, weekends
• Option for flexible schedules or live‑in roles
• Stable live‑in placements available
