Responsibilities

As a part-time Personal Care Aide, you'll begin each day knowing your work truly matters. You'll start your shift by heading directly from home to a client in the community—no office check-in required. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care tasks such as showering and mobility exercises
• Preparing meals and providing companionship
• Accompanying clients to appointments
• Providing medication reminders
• Performing light housekeeping
• Offering peace of mind and emotional support

Requirements

• Experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment assisting a client or family member (preferably 1 year)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Compassionate and supportive demeanor
• Willingness to follow health and safety standards
• Willingness to learn and grow—training provided
• Pride in providing high-quality care
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Schedule
