Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Communicate effectively to motivate and respond to others’ needs.
- Handle detailed work quickly, correctly, and efficiently within established guidelines.
- Maintain and uphold bank guidelines, structure, and policies.
- Provide exceptional client service to a diverse audience, including developing relationships with business partners and clients.
- Introduce clients to new products, services, and digital solutions using tablets, smartphones, and laptops.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of banking product options and provide a broad base of financial services.
- Assist other departments as needed, build rapport with clients and associates, and treat everyone with respect.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license (may not be learner’s, restricted, or “to and from work” license) and driving history that meets the Bank’s driver standards (verified via Motor Vehicle Report).
Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience.
- 1+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience.
- Bilingual language skills.
- Passionate and motivated self-starter.
- Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies.
- Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
- Logical thinking to analyze situations and make sound decisions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with multiple computer and software systems.
- Ability to calculate figures such as cash back and percentages.
