Responsibilities
- Work with others by building and maintaining relationships.

- Introduce clients to new products, services and digital solutions.
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options.
- Provide a broad base of financial and credit services.
- Aid other departments as needed.
- Build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates.
- Treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Registered and licensed in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required by the S.A.F.E. Act, and NBH's compliance policies related to these requirements.
- Valid driver's license (may not be learner’s, restricted or “to and from work” license).
Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience.
- 1+ Years of demonstrated successful sales experience.
- Bilingual language skills.
- Passionate and motivated self-starter.
- A passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies available at the bank.
- Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
- Ability to think logically in order to analyze situations and make sound decisions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages.
