Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Communicate effectively, motivating others while being responsive to their needs.
• Handle detailed work quickly, correctly, and efficiently within established guidelines.
• Uphold and reinforce bank policies, structure, and procedures.
• Provide exceptional client service to a diverse audience, introducing products, services, and digital solutions using tablets, smartphones, and laptops.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options, offering a broad range of financial and credit services.
• Assist other departments as needed, building rapport with clients and associates while treating everyone with respect.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must become registered and licensed in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required by the S.A.F.E. Act, including passing a background check.
• Valid driver’s license (not learner’s, restricted, or “to and from work” license) and driving history that meets the Bank’s standards (verified via Motor Vehicle Report).

Desired Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Previous banking, cash handling, or financial services experience.
• 1+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience.
• Bilingual language skills.
• Passionate, motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to educate clients on banking products and digital technologies.
• Logical thinking and sound decision-making in analyzing situations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work with various computer systems.
• Proficiency in calculating figures such as cash back and percentages.
