About the role
As a Relationship Banker I, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships, communicating effectively, and providing exceptional service. You will assist in offering various financial and credit services, including mortgages, business loans, and installment loans. Your responsibilities will extend to assisting other departments and promoting digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners and clients
- Develop and introduce clients to new products, services, and digital solutions
- Provide a broad base of financial and credit services
- Aid other departments as needed
- Ensure a strong rapport with clients and colleagues
- Treat others with respect and consideration
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience
- Six months of successful sales experience
- Bilingual language skills
- Passionate and self-motivated
- Strong knowledge of banking products and digital technologies

Work Environment
