Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Communicate effectively to motivate and address others’ needs.
  • Handle detailed tasks quickly, correctly, and efficiently within established guidelines.
  • Uphold bank policies and structure while collaborating with teams.
  • Provide exceptional service to a diverse client base, introducing products, services, and digital solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in mortgage, business, and installment loan options, offering financial and credit services.
  • Assist other departments as needed, fostering rapport with clients and associates.
  • Use technology (tablets, smartphones, laptops) to enhance client interactions.

Requirements

Minimum:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Desired Skills:

  • Previous banking, cash handling, or financial services experience.
  • 6+ months of successful sales experience.
  • Bilingual language skills.
  • Self-starter with passion for educating clients on banking products and digital tools.
  • Strong work ethic and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Logical thinking for analyzing situations and making sound decisions.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple computer/software systems.
  • Proficiency in calculating figures (e.g., cash back, percentages).
