Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
- Provide exceptional client service to a diverse audience, introducing new products, services, and digital solutions.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options, and provide financial/credit services.
- Assist other departments as needed, fostering rapport with clients and associates while treating everyone with respect.
- Handle detailed work efficiently and correctly within established guidelines.
- Actively participate in maintaining bank policies and procedures.
- Utilize technology (tablets, smartphones, laptops) to deliver solutions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Desired Skills
- Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience.
- 6+ months of successful sales experience.
- Bilingual language skills.
- Passionate, motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to educate clients on banking products and digital technologies.
- Logical thinking and sound decision-making in analyzing situations.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple computer/software systems.
- Proficiency in calculating figures (e.g., cash back, percentages).
