Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
- Operate as an effective communicator, motivating others while being aware of and responsive to their needs.
- Handle detailed work quickly, correctly, and efficiently within established guidelines.
- Provide exceptional client service to a diverse audience, including introducing clients to new products, services, and digital solutions.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options, and provide a broad base of financial and credit services.
- Assist other departments as needed, build rapport with clients and fellow associates, and treat others with respect and consideration.
- Utilize technology such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops to enhance client interactions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Desired Skills
- Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience.
- 6+ months of demonstrated successful sales experience.
- Bilingual language skills.
- Passionate and motivated self-starter.
- Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies.
- Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
- Ability to think logically to analyze situations and make sound decisions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems.
- Ability to calculate figures such as cash back and percentages.
Work Environment
We are a culture that values people as our greatest asset. Our decisions are made efficiently, fairly, and locally. Associates may need to grasp, push, pull, lift, bend, raise, and hold hands and arms overhead for certain tasks. Flexible scheduling is available as business needs allow, and overtime may be required (typically no more than 5%).
