Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
• Provide exceptional client service to a diverse audience.
• Introduce clients to new products, services, and digital solutions using tablets, smartphones, and laptops.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options.
• Offer a broad range of financial and credit services.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Build rapport with clients and associates while treating everyone with respect.
• Operate as an effective communicator, motivating and responding to others’ needs.
• Handle detailed work efficiently and accurately within established guidelines.
• Actively participate in maintaining policies, structure, and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Desired Skills

• Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience.
• 6+ months of demonstrated successful sales experience.
• Bilingual language skills.
• Passionate, motivated self-starter.
• Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies.
• Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
• Logical thinking to analyze situations and make sound decisions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with multiple computer and software systems.
• Ability to calculate figures such as cash back and percentages.

• Ability to grasp, push, pull, lift, bend, raise, and hold hands and arms overhead for certain tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed (typically no more than 5%).
