Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
- Provide exceptional client service to a diverse audience.
- Introduce clients to new products, services, and digital solutions using tablets, smartphones, and laptops.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options.
- Offer a broad range of financial and credit services.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Build rapport with clients and associates while treating everyone with respect.
- Operate as an effective communicator, motivating and responding to others’ needs.
- Handle detailed work efficiently and accurately within established guidelines.
- Actively participate in maintaining policies, structure, and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Desired Skills
- Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience.
- 6+ months of demonstrated successful sales experience.
- Bilingual language skills.
- Passionate, motivated self-starter.
- Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies.
- Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
- Logical thinking to analyze situations and make sound decisions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with multiple computer and software systems.
- Ability to calculate figures such as cash back and percentages.

- Ability to grasp, push, pull, lift, bend, raise, and hold hands and arms overhead for certain tasks.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed (typically no more than 5%).
