Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Operate as an effective communicator, motivating others while being responsive to their needs.
  • Handle detailed work quickly, correctly, and efficiently within established guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional client service to a diverse audience, introducing new products, services, and digital solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options, offering a broad range of financial and credit services.
  • Assist other departments as needed, building rapport with clients and associates while treating everyone with respect.
  • Use technology such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops to enhance client interactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Desired Skills

  • Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience.
  • 6+ months of demonstrated successful sales experience.
  • Bilingual language skills.
  • Passionate and motivated self-starter.
  • Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
  • Logical thinking to analyze situations and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with multiple computer and software systems.
  • Ability to calculate figures such as cash back and percentages.
