Responsibilities
- Work cooperatively with others, building and maintaining relationships.

- Meet and provide exceptional service to a diverse audience.
- Train and coach a successful sales team to pursue small business and consumer clients.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, achieving specific sales and service goals.
- Provide a full range of business banking services, emphasizing deposit, treasury management, and loan products.
- Actively participate in and represent the Bank in the community.
- Drive Work Perks Banking initiatives with business clients.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options.
- Provide a broad base of financial and credit services.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Build rapport with clients and fellow associates, treating everyone with respect.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent.
- 5 years of banking experience with external business development.
- Become registered and licensed in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required by the S.A.F.E. Act and NBH’s compliance policies, including passing a background check.
- Valid driver’s license (not learner’s, restricted, or “to and from work” license) and driving history that meets the Bank’s standards.
Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Treasury Management sales experience.
- Consumer lending background and business lending experience.
- Bilingual language skills.
- Driven and motivated self-starter.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of risk management.
- Passion for proactive sales and prospecting new business.
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to analyze situations and make sound decisions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with multiple computer and software systems.
- Ability to calculate figures such as cash back and percentages.
